Shipping Policy
At YOME Collection we aim to deliver your order carefully and as quickly as possible. On this page you can read how the shipping and delivery of our products works.
1. Shipping area
YOME Collection ships orders throughout Europe. If shipping to other countries is available, this will be indicated during checkout in the webshop.
2. Order processing
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.
We process orders on business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery time
Where applicable, the expected delivery time is stated on the product page or during checkout.
Because YOME Collection sells, among other things, vanity tables and other larger products, delivery times may vary depending on the product, stock status and delivery address.
If no specific delivery time has been agreed, delivery will take place within a maximum of 30 days after the conclusion of the agreement.
4. Shipping costs
Any shipping costs will be clearly stated before you finalise your order.
The total cost of your order, including any shipping costs, will be displayed at checkout.
5. Delivery
Delivery takes place at the delivery address provided by the customer.
The customer is responsible for correctly entering their name, address, postcode, city and any other required delivery details.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, this may result in delays and additional costs.
6. Large or heavy products
As part of our assortment consists of larger furniture items, such as vanity tables and dressing tables, delivery may take place via a parcel service or a specialised carrier.
For larger shipments, the carrier may need to contact you in advance to schedule a delivery time.
The customer is responsible for checking whether the dimensions of the ordered product are suitable for delivery at the delivery address, for example through doors, hallways, stairs or lifts.
7. Delays
We do our best to deliver within the stated time frame. Nevertheless, delays may occur due to high demand, transport issues, stock shortages or force majeure.
If your order is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.
If delivery is not possible within the agreed term or, failing that, within 30 days, the consumer is entitled to the rights set out under applicable law.
8. Receipt and inspection
We recommend checking your order immediately upon receipt.
If the product has been delivered damaged or if anything is missing, please contact us as soon as possible at support@yomecollection.com.
Please include your order number and, if possible, clear photos of the damage or the packaging.
9. Unsuccessful delivery
If a carrier is unable to deliver an order, for example because no one is present or because the delivery address is incorrect, a new delivery attempt may be necessary.
Any additional costs arising from an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts may be charged to the customer, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Risk during delivery
The risk of damage to or loss of a product passes to the consumer only at the moment the product has been received by the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, unless the law provides otherwise.
