Shipping Policy
At YOME Collection, we strive to deliver your order carefully and as quickly as possible. On this page, you can read how shipping and delivery of our products work.
1. Shipping Area
YOME Collection ships orders throughout Europe. If shipping to other countries is available, this will be indicated during checkout.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed after successful payment has been received.
We process orders on business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
The expected delivery time is stated, where applicable, on the product page or during checkout.
As YOME Collection sells vanity makeup tables, delivery times may vary depending on the product, stock availability, and delivery address.
If no specific delivery time has been agreed upon, delivery will take place within a maximum of 30 days after the conclusion of the agreement.
4. Shipping Costs
Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly stated before you complete your order.
The total cost of your order, including any shipping fees, will be shown during checkout.
5. Delivery
Delivery takes place at the address provided by the customer.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate name, address, postal code, city, and other necessary delivery details.
If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information, this may result in delays and additional costs.
6. Large or Heavy Products
As part of our assortment consists of larger furniture items, delivery may be carried out by a parcel service or a specialized carrier.
For larger shipments, the carrier may contact you in advance to schedule a delivery time.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the ordered product can be delivered to the specified address, for example through doors, hallways, stairs, or elevators.
7. Delays
We strive to deliver within the indicated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to high demand, transport issues, stock availability, or force majeure.
If your order is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.
If delivery is not possible within the agreed timeframe or, in the absence thereof, within 30 days, the consumer has the rights as provided under applicable law.
8. Receipt and Inspection
We recommend checking your order immediately upon receipt.
If the product is delivered damaged or if something is missing, please contact us as soon as possible via info@yomecollection.com.
Please include your order number and, if possible, clear photos of the damage or packaging.
9. Failed Delivery
If a carrier is unable to deliver an order, for example because no one is present or the address was entered incorrectly, a new delivery attempt may be required.
Any additional costs resulting from incorrect address details or repeated failed delivery attempts may be charged to the customer, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Risk Upon Delivery
The risk of damage or loss of a product transfers to the consumer only at the moment the product has been received by the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, unless otherwise provided by law.
